Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to lead our India Information Security department. This role is a vital part of our Global Information Security Directorate. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the enforcement of security policies, and mitigating risks to our digital assets. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing teams in a global, matrix environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the India Information Security team and drive the standardization of processes, procedures, and principles.
- Security Operations (SecOps): Collaborate with the global SecOps department to detect, investigate, and resolve cybersecurity threats, safeguarding the organization's digital assets.
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC): Work with the global GRC team to enforce cybersecurity policies, oversee risk, facilitate compliance audits, and conduct cybersecurity awareness training.
- Infrastructure & Design: Assist the global Cybersecurity Infrastructure and Design (CID) department with the management and maintenance of cybersecurity systems, platforms, and controls.
- Secure Development: Implement and enforce the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) by ensuring compliance with global policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Cyber/Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT security management, with a proven track record of managing global teams.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM are required.
- Technical Skills: Experience with security technologies, including EDR, SIEM, SOAR, CASB, CSPM, IAM, and PAM.
- Soft Skills:
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive standardization.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: A demonstrated ability to analyze complex security issues and devise effective solutions.
