Job Purpose To manage end-to-end branch operations including manpower deployment client servicing statutory compliance revenue control and team management ensuring smooth delivery of security services as per contractual and statutory requirements Key Responsibilities Operations Service Delivery Oversee daily branch operations including deployment relievers rostering and attendance Ensure uninterrupted security services at all client sites Coordinate with Area Officers Supervisors for site management and discipline Handle escalations related to guards supervisors and client complaints Manpower Management Ensure timely recruitment onboarding training and deployment of security personnel Maintain proper documentation of employees as per statutory norms Control attrition and ensure availability of relievers and backup manpower Conduct regular site visits and inspections Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for branch-level clients Ensure contract compliance SLA adherence and client satisfaction Attend review meetings and coordinate for renewals and scope enhancements Compliance Statutory Management Ensure compliance with labor laws including PF ESIC Minimum Wages Bonus Gratuity and other applicable acts Coordinate with HR and Compliance teams for audits and inspections Maintain records related to attendance wages leave and statutory submissions Job Type Full-time Pay 28 635 81 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
