We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled ERP Executive to manage and support the effective implementation and maintenance of our Enterprise Resource Planning ERP system The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operation and integration of the ERP software troubleshoot issues and improve the overall efficiency of business processes Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the ERP system and ensure smooth integration with all departments Provide support to users in resolving system-related issues and coordinate with the IT team for technical troubleshooting Assist in the implementation testing and deployment of ERP updates modules and patches Train employees on the proper use of the ERP system and provide ongoing technical assistance Collaborate with department heads to analyze and streamline processes ensuring maximum efficiency within the ERP framework Ensure data integrity maintain user roles and set appropriate access controls within the system Generate regular reports for management highlighting key metrics and insights for decision-making Stay updated on new ERP technologies and suggest improvements to enhance system performance Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field 2-4 years of experience working with ERP systems e g SAP Oracle or similar Strong understanding of business processes including finance supply chain inventory management and production Proficiency in ERP system configuration and data analysis Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues quickly and effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments Experience in ERP implementation and user training is a plus High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Preferred Experience Experience in handling ERP systems in manufacturing or production environments Knowledge of SQL report generation and ERP databases is beneficial Job Type Full-time Pay From 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Shift Morning shift Work Days Monday to Friday Weekend availability Work Location In person
