ERP Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the ERP system and ensure smooth integration with all departments.
- Provide support to users in resolving system-related issues and coordinate with the IT team for technical troubleshooting.
- Assist in the implementation, testing, and deployment of ERP updates, modules, and patches.
- Train employees on the proper use of the ERP system and provide ongoing technical assistance.
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze and streamline processes, ensuring maximum efficiency within the ERP framework.
- Ensure data integrity, maintain user roles, and set appropriate access controls within the system.
- Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics and insights for decision-making.
- Stay updated on new ERP technologies and suggest improvements to enhance system performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong understanding of business processes, including finance, supply chain, inventory management, and production.
- Proficiency in ERP system configuration and data analysis.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
- Experience in ERP implementation and user training is a plus.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in handling ERP systems in manufacturing or production environments.
- Knowledge of SQL, report generation, and ERP databases is beneficial.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
