Job Description Description We are seeking an experienced Manager - Operations to lead our operations team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies for efficiency, and managing a team to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient processes across the organization. - Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs. - Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary. - Lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities. - Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in operational processes. - Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. - 5-8 years of experience in operations management or a related role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with stakeholders. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Familiarity with industry-standard operational metrics and performance indicators.
