Qualification: M.Tech./Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from a reputed University with excellent academic credentials, and peer-reviewed papers/ patents Experience: - RS: 2–4 yrs. - SRS: 4–6 yrs. - Deep understanding of biological wastewater treatment processes, including aerobic, anaerobic, and hybrid systems. - Understanding of microbial consortium, biofilm formation, and nutrient removal. - Experience in developing and optimizing microbial consortia for pollutant degradation. - Familiarity with metagenomics, bioinformatics, and microbial ecology to enhance treatment efficiency. - Skilled in water quality analysis (COD, BOD, nutrient levels, heavy metals). - Proficient in data interpretation and process troubleshooting Functional Competencies: Scientific knowledge, Experimental skills, Documentation, Data reporting, analysis and interpretation Behavioural Competencies: Drive for result, Clear communication, Safety/process adherence, Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
