Qualification: M.Tech./Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from a reputed University with excellent academic credentials, and peer-reviewed papers/ patentsExperience: RS: 2–4 yrs. SRS: 4–6 yrs.Deep understanding of biological wastewater treatment processes, including aerobic, anaerobic, and hybrid systems.Understanding of microbial consortium, biofilm formation, and nutrient removal.Experience in developing and optimizing microbial consortia for pollutant degradation.Familiarity with metagenomics, bioinformatics, and microbial ecology to enhance treatment efficiency.Skilled in water quality analysis (COD, BOD, nutrient levels, heavy metals).Proficient in data interpretation and process troubleshooting Functional Competencies: Scientific knowledge, Experimental skills, Documentation, Data reporting, analysis and interpretationBehavioural Competencies: Drive for result, Clear communication, Safety/process adherence, Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
