Job Summary The Flexo Operator is responsible for setting up operating and maintaining flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials on various substrates such as labels packaging films and cartons according to customer specifications and company quality standards Key Responsibilities 1 Machine Setup Operation Prepare printing presses for production runs including cylinder mounting plate installation ink mixing and substrate loading Operate the flexographic press efficiently to meet production targets 2 Quality Control Monitor print quality throughout production and make necessary adjustments to ink density registration and color matching Conduct regular visual and instrumental checks to ensure output meets client specifications 3 Maintenance Troubleshooting Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the press Identify and resolve mechanical or printing issues promptly to reduce downtime 4 Production Documentation Maintain accurate production logs material usage records and quality control reports Follow standard operating procedures SOPs and workplace safety protocols 5 Team Collaboration Coordinate with prepress and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow Train junior operators or assistants when required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
