About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying leads, understanding customer needs, and closing sales to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking. - Conduct product/service presentations and demos to potential customers. - Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding. - Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - 0-1 YOE - Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. - Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset. - Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred). - Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
