Looking for a Freelance IOT Engineer to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ yrs. of experience .

Company Background - We are a multinational software company that is growing at a fast pace. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q3 2025.

Responsibilities:

- Develop IoT architectures and frameworks that support scalable and secure IoT deployments.
- Lead the design and implementation of IoT solutions, including device management, data analytics, and integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative IoT solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts to validate technical feasibility and potential business value.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations in IoT solutions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (X+ years) as an IoT Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing complex IoT solutions.
- Expertise in IoT protocols, platforms, and frameworks (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, LoRaWAN, AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub).
- Hands-on experience with IoT device management, edge computing, and data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their IoT services.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified IoT Specialty, Cisco IoT Certifications) preferred.
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, smart cities, or agriculture is a plus.
