Position: Tech Lead – Full Stack Experience: 7+ years About The Role: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Full Stack Tech Lead with 7+ years of experience in both frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will lead by example, driving technical strategy, designing scalable solutions, mentoring developers, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products across the stack. Key Responsibilities: - Technical Leadership: Own the architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications. - Hands-on Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across frontend and backend. - Team Mentorship: Guide, coach, and support developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. - Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver features on time. - Code Quality: Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high performance and security standards. - Scalability & Performance: Optimize applications, APIs, and databases for speed and reliability. - Agile Delivery: Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives. - Innovation: Research and introduce new tools, frameworks, and best practices. Requirements: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 7+ years of full-stack development experience with proven leadership exposure. - Strong expertise in backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or similar. - Solid experience in frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Proficiency with RESTful APIs / GraphQL and microservice architecture. - Good understanding of databases – SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Familiarity with DevOps practices – CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes. - Strong grasp of software design principles, system architecture, and scalability challenges. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Good To Have: - Exposure to mobile frameworks (Flutter/React Native). - Experience in performance tuning, caching strategies, and security best practices. - Prior experience in client-facing roles or stakeholder management. - Cloud certifications or relevant technical certifications.
