The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in a core corporate communications role, with tangible results in internal and external communications initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working closely with senior stakeholders , including C-suite executives, and the ability to manage high-level communications effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration: A history of working with multiple and diverse teams , both internally across departments and externally with agencies, partners, and vendors. Stakeholder Liaison: Strong capability in liaising with senior stakeholders across various functions and organizations, maintaining professionalism and strategic alignment. Engagement Conceptualization & Execution: Ability to conceptualize and execute engagement activities , both offline and online , including town halls, leadership communications, employee engagement programs, etc. Matrixed Environment: Experience in working within matrix team structures , navigating complexities, and driving alignment across different business units or geographies.
