Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for all Hardware and Software maintenance of IT infrastructure at offices sites business residences Ensuring focus and collaboration on user requests proactively without escalations either locally or remotely Ensure proper recording documentation and closure of tickets or requests o Apply systematic problem-solving skills to define issues identify root causes develop qualify and implement corrective actions in a timely manner Responsible for Bill of material BoQ for any purchases follow-ups o Audit IT assets as required along with Audit team Provide recommendation on technologies and self-motivated to learn new technologies o Setup new offices IT infrastructure and ready to travel for business needs Collaborate with the other IT members for management of the IT infrastructure Ensure and adhere to IT guidelines and policies Technical Skills required Knowledge of Windows OS versions with installation upgradation troubleshooting including performance tuning and resource optimizations Knowledge of Linux and Apple device software usage is a plus Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting setup changes setup maintenance of biometric devices Knowledge of Office software options installations like MSOffice LibreOffice and similar Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Email login troubleshooting Knowledge of Active Directory and familiarity with PowerShell scripts Understanding of Networking on DNS DHCP TCP IP HTTP HTTPS FTP DHCP o Understanding of LAN Design and Implementation of IP address Understanding of Wi-Fi access management Firewall policies management Understanding IT security and familiarity with basic programming is a plus Qualifications Bachelor s degree in engineering computer science or a related field o Any training certificate or exam certificates in referred skills are an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
