Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Consultant, based in Hyderabad. The Lead Consultant will be responsible for managing and leading data transformation projects, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, and designing and implementing data solutions. Daily tasks include overseeing project timelines, coordinating with technical teams, ensuring the quality of deliverables, providing strategic insights, and conducting regular client meetings to report on progress and gather feedback.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in managing and leading data transformation projects
- Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and data quality
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in data modeling, database management, and ETL processes
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with data integration tools and software
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
