Role Description

- Process bills and invoices, and ensure payments are made on time
- Reconcile vendor accounts to ensure all invoices are paid correctly and ascertain payout analysis for future operational performances
- Maintain payout entries on daily basis.
- Budgeting and Analysing costs
- Communication and co-ordination with suppliers on submission of POD's for billing
- Vetting Documents and participating on regular audits
- Maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

- Analytical Skills, Finance, and Accounting background
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Relevant certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus

Annual CTC - 3.5Lac - 4.0Lac per annum
