Key Responsibilities Project Planning Execution Define project scope goals and deliverables Develop detailed project plans and timelines Allocate resources and manage budget Team Coordination Lead cross-functional teams including developers engineers and designers Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks Technical Oversight Understand system architecture and software development lifecycle Review technical documentation and ensure alignment with business needs Monitor progress and ensure quality standards Risk Issue Management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies Track issues and ensure timely resolution Reporting Documentation Provide regular status updates to leadership Maintain comprehensive project documentation Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience in project management within a technical environment Strong understanding of software development methodologies Agile Scrum Waterfall Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management tools e g Jira Trello MS Project Bachelor s degree in computer science Engineering or related field master s preferred PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are a plus Preferred Traits Strategic thinker with attention to detail Adaptable to fast-paced environments Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills Required Traits Bengali and English Language is a must 3-5 Years of Experience as a Technical Project Manager Job Type Full-time Pay From 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
