The Project Manager will be responsible for planning coordinating and supervising construction projects from inception to completion The role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and as per quality and safety standards This role requires strong leadership technical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively Key Responsibilities Plan schedule and oversee construction activities on site Manage all phases of project execution including design coordination procurement construction and handover Monitor project progress prepare status reports and ensure timely completion Coordinate with architects consultants contractors and clients Prepare and manage budgets cost estimates and resource allocation Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow on site Manage subcontractors suppliers and workforce effectively Maintain proper documentation and project records Report project progress and challenges to senior management Key Skills Required Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations Good understanding of budgeting and cost control Strong communication and coordination skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Strong knowledge of construction methodologies project management tools and contract administration Proficiency in project management tools MS Project Primavera Auto Cad Revit Stadd Pro Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder coordination Qualifications Education B E B Tech in Civil Engineering or related field Experience minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management Preferred Experience in commercial building or infrastructure projects Employment Type Full-time Permanent Industry Construction Engineering Job Type Full-time Pay 100 000 00 - 110 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
