Who You Are: - Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience from IITs or NITs - Academic background in Computer Science, E&C, or Electrical & Electronics - Passionate about AI, product-building, and solving real-world problems - Curious, self-driven, and not afraid to experiment You Should Be Comfortable With: - Programming: Python (must), JavaScript (good to have) - AI/ML Tools & Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers - LLM Integration: OpenAI/GPT-4 APIs, LangChain, VectorDBs (like Pinecone, Chroma) - Cloud & Dev Tools: GitHub, Docker, REST APIs, AWS/GCP basics - Frontend (Bonus): React, Streamlit, Gradio - MLOps (Optional): MLflow, Weights & Biases, Prompt Engineering What You'll Do: - Work on cutting-edge AI product development from ideation to deployment - Prototype and experiment with LLMs, NLP, and generative AI models - Collaborate with founders on product roadmap and innovation strategy - Take ownership of features, UX logic, and performance What You Get: - A chance to build a zero-to-one AI product - Exposure to real-world users, iterations, and scaling - A flat, fast-paced, and learning-focused culture - Equity/stake options for standout contributors If you're looking for a startup role with a real tech challenge and you want your code to mean something - this is your calling.
