- Planning Manager OWG Bridge Composite Bowstring Girder Position Planning Manager Industry Infrastructure Bridge Construction Location Raipur Alwar Experience 10 Years in Bridge Construction OWG Composite Bowstring Girder Job Summary The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning scheduling and execution of bridge construction projects specifically focusing on OWG Open Web Girder bridges Composite bridges and Bowstring Girder bridges The role requires expertise in project scheduling resource allocation and coordination with engineering procurement and construction teams to ensure timely project completion Key Responsibilities Project Planning Scheduling Ensure proper sequencing of tasks for OWG bridges Composite bridges and Bowstring Girder structures Identify critical paths and potential delays implementing mitigation plans Resource Management Coordination Allocate resources efficiently to meet project timelines Coordinate with design procurement and execution teams for smooth workflow Monitor material and equipment availability to avoid project delays Risk Assessment Mitigation Identify potential risks in bridge construction projects Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with safety standards Ensure adherence to government regulations and industry best practices Stakeholder Communication Reporting Act as the key liaison between clients consultants and internal teams Provide regular progress reports including cost and time variance analysis Ensure timely approvals for design modifications and procurement decisions Quality Compliance Ensure that construction activities comply with IRC IS Codes and project specifications Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards Work closely with QA QC teams to maintain high-quality execution Required Skills Qualifications Educational Qualification B E B Tech in Mech Engineering or related field Experience Minimum 9 years in planning and execution of bridge projects Technical Proficiency Primavera P6 MS Project AutoCAD and Excel Knowledge of Standards IRC IS Codes and relevant bridge construction norms Project Management Expertise in OWG Composite and Bowstring Girder bridge construction Problem-Solving Decision-Making Ability to handle site challenges and optimize planning Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in executing highway railway and infrastructure projects Strong analytical and planning skills with the ability to forecast project challenges Familiarity with contract management BOQ preparation and cost estimation Job Type Full-time Pay 27 955 77 - 79 279 98 per month Schedule Day shift Application Question s are you comfortable to relocate at raipur alwar Work Location In person
