Job Category KMBL Degree Level Bachelor s Degree As a Relationship Manager you will play a crucial role in our LAP Sales department Your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients understanding their financial needs and offering tailored Loan Against Property solutions You will be an integral part of our sales team contributing to the overall growth and success of the business Responsibilities Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients and business partners Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients offering suitable LAP solutions Prepare and present proposals highlighting the benefits of our LAP products Negotiate and close deals ensuring a positive and professional client experience Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of LAP applications Provide excellent post-sales support and address any client queries or concerns Achieve individual and team sales targets contributing to the overall business growth Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Finance or a related field is preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in sales preferably in the financial services industry Strong knowledge of Loan Against Property products and the mortgage industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach Ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with clients Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems for efficient record-keeping Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions Self-motivated and driven with a results-oriented mindset Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes
