Job description Stantec is a global leader in sustainable engineering architecture and environmental consulting The diverse perspectives of our partners and interested parties drive us to think beyond what s previously been done on critical issues like climate change digital transformation and future-proofing our cities and infrastructure We innovate at the intersection of community creativity and client relationships to advance communities everywhere so that together we can redefine what s possible The Stantec community unites approximately 32 000 employees working in over 450 locations across 6 continents Essential Functions Provide administration support to the ANZ Talent Acquisition Team Coordinate and support the administrative requirements for all recruitment activities ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication with TA Team Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System Taleo ensuring candidate and job records are current and reliable Assist TA team by preparing sourcing reports maintaining candidate pipelines and tracking progress for job requisitions Complete and document phone screens and reference checks and related communications between TA team members managers and candidates Support the implementation of sourcing strategies by managing job postings online advertisements and other recruitment-related communications Facilitate the candidate experience by coordinating interview schedules sending communications and ensuring timely feedback is provided to all stakeholders Generate and analyze recruitment metrics assisting the team in monitoring applicant flow and pipeline movement Ensure all candidate data notes and related documentation are on Taleo and the Recruitment SharePoint Maintain Taleo ensuring all required internal contacts are on the system Be the point of contact for the Global Mobility team advertising and managing all information required for Labour Market Testing Collaborate with recruiters and team members to improve administrative processes and enhance recruitment operations Manage ANZ TA Email inbox Serve as a resource for best practices in recruitment administration and system usage Requirements Bachelor s degree in business management Human Resource or any related course With at least 3 years experience in recruitment or HR administration and database management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and administrative skills Strong knowledge in using suite of tools and serves as a subject matter expert in talent data mining High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Primary Location India Pune Organization Stantec IN Business Unit Employee Status Regular Travel No Schedule Full time Job Posting 22 09 2025 07 09 18 Req ID 1002372
