This role involves analysing data, identifying patterns, and generating actionable insights that directly contribute to improving the platform's marketing and discovery outcomes. This position is open to freshers who are eager to learn, explore, and grow within a fast-paced travel-tech environment. What You'll Do: - Collect and organise performance data for product listings - Identify gaps and opportunities to improve visibility across marketing and discovery channels - Analyse basic trends and provide recommendations for optimisation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to support and track improvements - Assist in preparing simple reports to communicate performance insights What We're Looking For - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset - Ability to interpret information clearly and logically - Attention to detail and enthusiasm for learning - Interest in travel, digital marketing, marketplaces, or consumer apps - Basic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets is a plus, but not mandatory What You'll Gain - Hands-on experience in marketing performance optimisation - Exposure to real-world data insights and discovery challenges - Opportunity to work closely with product and growth teams on measurable outcomes
