The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. ELT Support What to expect in your journey - Needs strong written and verbal communication - Ability to communicate professionally when corresponding with ELT members, along with respective administration team - Collect all necessary information from respective team members to build out ELT Agendas - Ensure completeness of the content and that the information is ELT-ready - Take clear notes during ELT meetings that capture the discussion of the meeting, as well as the next steps - Ability to synthesize the info vs being a stenographer - Be responsible for assigning action items to the respective team member and ensuring the close-out of the action items PowerPoint Support - Experience working with PPT, and knowledge of some keyboard shortcuts to be efficient when building out PPT - Ability to make crisp slides that communicate a story from scratch/ where verbal ask will be provided but not detailed - Strong written skills/business writing skills - Utilize branded templates, but will need to have the ability to leverage visualizations to enhance further the storytelling of the slide Talent Acquisition - Ability to efficiently schedule interviews for all parties involved - Takes ownership of feedback consolidation on interviews, adhering to tight turnaround time - Ability to see the bigger picture and anticipate the natural next steps with little guidance - Creates documents/processes for an easily reproducible experience - Ability to exercise good judgement on when to ask for additional support or when to execute on tasks independently without additional supervision - Keep all parties involved apprised on expectations and timing - Crafting emails/communication to a large audience that is clear What You Bring To The Table - 3+ years of experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant in a global organization - Exposure of working with C Suite and VP level across different regions - Comfortable working in evening shifts Where will you work - Mohali: Bestech Business Towers, Sec 66, Mohali.
