Lytegen is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our operational processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within the renewable energy sector. You will collaborate closely with various teams to streamline workflows and maintain high standards of productivity. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and analyze operational workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, engineering, and compliance to ensure smooth operations. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project operations. - Oversee daily operational tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights on operational performance. - Support training and onboarding processes for new team members. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in operations, project management, or a similar role is preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools. - Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
