Job Title – SailPoint Engineer Location – Remote Role Type – Contract through 7/31/2027 Must Have Skills: - 5+ years of strong hands-on SailPoint experience (SailPoint Identity Security Engineer certification preferred) - Proven experience working with SailPoint connectors such as Active Directory, Entra ID, HRIS/Workday, and REST APIs - Expertise in custom connector development - Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and JSON for automation, configuration, and onboarding workflows - Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence for cross-functional collaboration Responsibilities and Job Details: - Support long-term SailPoint Identity Security initiatives for a global enterprise environment - Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint identity solutions and integrations - Develop and manage workflows for access provisioning and deprovisioning - Customize connectors and build integrations with enterprise systems (AD, Workday, Entra ID, etc.) - Leverage scripting to automate repetitive tasks and enhance solution scalability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather identity governance requirements - Maintain documentation and operational procedures for identity solutions - Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues in a timely manner - Ensure compliance with information security policies and best practices - Participate in daily Agile standups and report progress - Work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time Zone (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST) - Openings available for both mid-level and senior candidates depending on experience level
