Role: Marketing Associate

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Marketing Associate to join our team. In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting our growth and marketing efforts, contributing to the overall success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our Brand and Marketing team, and assisting in executing marketing and creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g., traffic, conversion rates).
- Create detailed reports on marketing and sales metrics.
- Assist in organising promotional events and campaigns.
- Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns
- Coordinate with the Creative and Content teams to create advertising materials.
- Maintain organized records of growth, marketing metrics, and campaign results.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.
- Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor&aposs/Masters Degree; 3-4 years of experience
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to interpret data and derive valuable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for driving results and exceeding goals
- Comfortable working with numbers and proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar software.
- Familiarity with Google and Meta platforms would be advantageous.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing marketing trends and technological advancements.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Strong collaborative skills and a positive attitude to work effectively in a team environment.
- Open to continuous learning and development in the field of marketing.
