Job Description About the role We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Product Manager with 35 years of experience to drive product development and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding, business acumen, and a data-driven mindset to build impactful products that deliver value to customers and align with business goals. What you'll be responsible for Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap by aligning with business goals, customer needs, and market trends. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and guide product decision-making. Product Planning: Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and feature priorities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality product releases. Agile Execution: Lead agile processes including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release reviews to ensure timely product delivery. Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance through key metrics, analyze user behavior, and drive iterative improvements. Innovation & Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance product capabilities and user experience. What you'd have Experience: 35 years in product management or a similar role in a technology-driven environment. Primary Skills Required: - Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of software development processes and ability to work effectively with engineering teams. - Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business models, customer behavior, and market dynamics. - Analytical Thinking: Ability to use data and metrics for decision making and product prioritization. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities. - Collaboration: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive product success.
