Cross-Selling and Upselling: Assess existing customers' portfolios and identify opportunities for cross-selling additional financial products. Educate customers on digital banking, investment tools, and financial planning services. Encourage the use of net banking, mobile banking, and other digital platforms to increase customer engagement. 4. Market Research and Analysis: Keep up to date with banking trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and banking trends to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare periodic reports on client acquisition, product performance, and sales targets. 5. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all customer interactions and product sales comply with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Conduct due diligence during customer onboarding, including document verification and KYC/AML checks. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups using CRM or internal systems. 6.
