Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional service and support. Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services. Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients, handling all service requests, queries, and concerns. Periodically review client portfolios to ensure their financial objectives are being met. 2. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective customers via cold calls, referrals, or walk-ins. Promote and sell the bank’s financial products such as savings and current accounts, fixed deposits, personal loans, home loans, insurance, and investment services. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the bank. Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through account opening and KYC procedures. 3. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Assess existing customers' portfolios and identify opportunities for cross-selling additional financial products. Educate customers on digital banking, investment tools, and financial planning services. Encourage the use of net banking, mobile banking, and other digital platforms to increase customer engagement. 4. Market Research and Analysis: Keep up to date with banking trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and banking trends to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare periodic reports on client acquisition, product performance, and sales targets. 5. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all customer interactions and product sales comply with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Conduct due diligence during customer onboarding, including document verification and KYC/AML checks. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups using CRM or internal systems. 6. Coordination and Teamwork: Work closely with branch staff, product managers, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service. Attend regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews as required by management.
