Job Description Job Title: Junior Design Engineer Sudhir Srivastava Innovations Private Limited Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase-III, Gurgaon, Haryana Employment Type: Full Time Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 Year's Salary: As per the Industry Standard Responsibilities: Apply core mechanical engineering principles to design challenges. Utilize knowledge of material science and processing methods (metals, polymers, composites, etc.) in product design. Create and optimize product designs using SolidWorks (preferred). Define technical specifications and design requirements. Must develop, evaluate, and optimize mechanical and electromechanical components, assemblies, and systems aligned with customer and business needs. Drive continuous process improvements by collaborating across teams and analysing workflows. Communicate key technical updates clearly and effectively. Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of development, including requirements, protocols, evaluations, and reports. Coordinate with external vendors to support development activities. Builds a strong collaborative culture across cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Experience: 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in product design and development. Experience with medical-grade materials and processes is a plus. Proficient in CAD design, drafting, rapid prototyping, and GD&T.
