Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Design Architect to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a passion for material research and technical detailing, with proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD and SketchUp. This role offers an opportunity to work on projects across various time zones. (D5 render and Unreal engine skills are a plus). Responsibilities - Assist in the Development of Architectural designs from concept to construction documentation. - Conduct material research and sustainability studio to inform design decisions - Produce detailed 2D drawings, 3D models and renderings using Rhino AutoCAD, SketchUp and other relevant software. (Being a Sketchup genie helps here) - Collaborate with senior architects and design teams to refine design solutions. - Prepare presentation materials, including diagram, sketches and digital visuals - Participate in site visits and coordination with consultants and contracts, - Stay updated on global architectural trends, materials and construction techniques Qualifications - Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture (B.Arch./M.Arch) - 0-2 years of experience in an architectural form (prior experience in international competitions and projects is a plus) - Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Rhino, Grasshopper, D5 Render, Unreal Engine is an advantage.) - Strong interest in material innovation and sustainability, and research-driven design, - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadline.
