**Reports To**: Architect / Project Manager

**Role Summary**:
The Architect Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models based on design concepts provided by architects and clients. The role requires strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in CAD software to ensure accurate execution of design intent.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed **2D drawings, 3D models, and working drawings** for architectural projects.
- Convert conceptual designs and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
- Draft plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure drawings are aligned with project requirements.
- Maintain and update drawing libraries and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Support site teams with drawing clarifications and revisions as needed.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other drafting/design software**.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction processes.
- Precision, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret architectural sketches and convert them into working drawings.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman (freshers with good software skills may also be considered).
- Experience in residential, commercial, or interior design projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
