Company Name VARITE India Private Limited About The Client Linde plc is a global multinational chemical company founded in Germany and since 2018 domiciled in Ireland and headquartered in the United Kingdom Linde is the world s largest industrial gas company by market share and revenue It serves customers in the healthcare petroleum refining manufacturing food beverage carbonation fibre-optics steel making aerospace material handling equipment MHE chemicals electronics and water treatment industries About The Job To provide on-going development and application support within the Business Applications Bulk PGP area that support the group in achieving the business goals To modify and adapt standard application design to make it more efficient flexible that supports existing modified business processes or procedures Understanding the requirements from Business Processes Specialists GPOs and prepare Technical Specifications with an alignment with Tech Lead Architect Act as Application Expert in End-to-End application flow including infrastructure Platform various interfaces Essential Job Functions As a software developer you are significantly involved in the design specification development and maintenance of our software product in area of Cylinder Supply Chain Have a focus on the further development of backend system based on Microsoft technology Work closely with Mobile App development team to implement APIs consumed by Mobile App Be part of architecture design application lifecycle management Migrate existing App to future supported framework platform Regularly monitor application for security vulnerabilities and fix Create and maintain documentation complying GxP criteria Involve in business support activities and troubleshooting production issues Stay updated with the latest trends in server side development and be proactive in improving application design Provide technical assistance and guidance to junior developer Key Interfaces Business Process Specialists Business Process Managers Global Process Owners Tech Lead or Architects Support Teams globally within outside the Centre Surge Partners Third Party Vendors Project Managers Functional Manager Head Process Teams - i e Service Quality Management Incident Change Management and others Required Critical Behaiours Ability to prioritise plan own workload and work in teams effectively Self-motivated with the ability to learn and work in a meticulous and organized manner Good communication skills verbal and written required to effectively coordinate with other IT functions and with peers across locations working across different time zones Required to communicate with stakeholders using reasoning to achieve successful outcome for the assigned responsibility specifically in own subject area Strong analytical skills together with the ability to think outside the box Add value to the business by quality of own work and through the ability to deliver high quality and successful solutions within Business Applications Bulk PGP area Multi-tasking ability and able to work under pressure Open to changes and innovation continuously learn and adopt new skills Qualifications A Bachelor Master degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent from a reputed institute Formal training and or Microsoft Certification like MCSE MCSD Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate certification or other relevant certification would be an added advantage Experience Should have overall 6-7 years of relevant IT experience working with reputed companies Strong hands-on experience in web client server development using Microsoft technology Experience in working in offshore teams Exposure to working in a geographically dispersed environment medium to long term stay in European American Countries are good to have Ability to work across multiple time zones Knowledge of business processes data applications and requirements within the liquid Bulk and or Packaged Gas Products PGP business is a plus For Internal Posting ONLY Must have Have 5 years experience in the development with C ASP NET ASP NET Core and MVC architecture with overall 6 -
