Job Description Role Overview: As an HR Executive (Immediate Joiners WFO Hyderabad) at Flashoot, you will play a key role in building and nurturing our workplace culture. You will manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This role is central to ensuring Flashoot continues to scale with a strong, motivated, and high-performing team. You'll be the go-to person for employees, fostering a positive environment where creativity and collaboration thrive. Responsibilities: - Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture - Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding - Handle payroll, HR operations, and employee records efficiently - Assist in performance management and appraisal processes - Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices - Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries - Support leadership in driving HR policies and organizational growth strategies - Contribute to building a creative, dynamic, and people-first workplace Requirements: - 2-4 years of proven HR experience (startup/creative industry experience is a plus) - Strong communication & interpersonal skills with people-first approach - Proficiency in HR management tools and systems - Knowledge of payroll processes and labor law compliance - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Positive, approachable personality with a growth mindset About Flashoot: Flashoot is a creative-tech startup transforming how short-form video content is created and delivered.
