Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain HR documentation, records, and compliance reports.
  • Support performance management processes and HR policy implementation.
  • Collaborate with management to drive HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and labor laws.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
