Area Sales Officer

Job Summary The Sales Manager will drive the sales strategy and execution for our EdTech solutions This role is responsible for managing a sales team developing relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions and achieving sales targets The Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities in the market enhancing the customer acquisition process and ensuring customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities - Team Management - Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets - Provide continuous training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance - Conduct regular performance reviews with team members setting developmental goals - Sales Strategy Development - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base - Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats - Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives - Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients stakeholders and educational institutions - Address customer concerns and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Coordinate post-sales follow-ups for customer support and upselling opportunities - Sales Operations - Oversee the sales pipeline manage lead generation efforts and track sales metrics - Prepare sales reports and forecasts to present to senior management - Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data and track interactions effectively - Collaboration - Work collaboratively across departments to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies - Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows to network and promote our solutions Qualifications - Education Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Education Technology or a related field an MBA is a plus - Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management preferably in the EdTech sector - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing teams - Skills - Strong leadership and motivational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools - Ability to think strategically while paying attention to detail Personal Attributes - Passion for education and technology - Self-motivated and resilient with a strong work ethic - Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and new challenges How to Apply Interested candidates should send their resume https docs google com forms d e 1FAIpQLScUTYii sWne86iVQ5x85qmy59x4gqnN1lwOF54danHazt89A viewformusp sf link Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Leave encashment Life insurance Paid time off Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Ability to commute relocate Bhilai Chhattisgarh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Sales 5 years Required ED Tech Sales 3 years Required Location Bhilai Chhattisgarh Preferred Work Location In person
