JOB RESPONSIBLITIES Prepare update and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 MS Project Coordinate with architects consultants contractors and vendors for timely execution of project milestones Lead and manage the planning aspects of villa construction including civil MEP and finishing works Review project progress highlight critical issues and initiate corrective actions Develop detailed weekly monthly plans and align them with overall master schedule Generate MIS reports progress reports delay analysis and recovery schedules Ensure alignment with PMC protocols quality standards and safety compliance Work closely with the client project managers and contractors to achieve project goals Handle contract management scope verification and billing certification support Conduct site visits and ensure adherence to approved plans Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Application Question s You are okay witn Goa location Mention your notice period Are you okay with salary range 50k -70k ctc with accommodation and food How much experience you have in planning Experience Planning in construction 9 years Preferred Work Location In person
