Job Role: Highway Planning & Billing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Highway Planning & Billing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and billing activities related to highway infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly check quantities of all items in tender BOQ and suggest amendments as required.
• Analyze rates for all items in tender BOQ and prepare estimates for various packages.
• Prepare comparative statements during negotiations with tenders and rate analysis for major items.
• Check quantities considered in contractors' running account bills.
• Approve quantities for extra items/substituted items.
• Approve rate analysis for extra items.
• Assist Project Manager in finalizing final bills of contractors.
• Check final quantities and approve final bills.
• Assist Project Manager in reconciliation and certification of final bills.
• Assist Project Manager in preparing project close-out reports.
• Analyze variation claims by contractors/vendors.
• Prepare draft abstracts and certificates of payment.
• Interact with Project Managers/Engineers to ensure certifications and proper execution.
• Work out actual required quantities for timely procurement of materials.
• Supervise construction works, including safety, quality, and time schedules.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with infrastructure industry practices and regulations.
