JOB DESCRIPTION

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Team leadership: building, managing and training team members

- Supplier Management: Fostering long-term relationships and ensuring consistent supply of material/services

- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, supporting PFEP strategies, preventing shortages or excess inventory

- Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring all purchasing activities adhere to regulations and ethical standards and documenting all procurement activities.

- Internal Collaborations:Working with other departments, such as production and PMO, to understand their needs and ensure orders are fulfilled.

- You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain dynamics.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and are skilled at delivery timelines, negotiating and quality.
- You have excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- You are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
- You are a collaborative leader who can manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- You are proactive, ethical, and committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

For This Role, You Will Need:

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in procurement.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
