We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Resident / Attending Consultant to join our medical team. Responsibilities

- Conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Performing surgical procedures and interventions as required.
- Supervising and mentoring junior medical staff and residents.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participating in clinical research and contributing to publications.
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and medical standards.

Skills and Qualifications

- MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Postgraduate degree (MD/MS) in the relevant specialty.
- Strong clinical and surgical skills in the respective field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies effectively.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
