Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) Technical/Functional Consultant with a strong background in both functional and techno-functional roles. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-9 years of experience working with OTM systems and will be adept at managing implementations, supporting projects, and working with the latest OTM Release Cloud versions. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various OTM application modules, as well as the ability to translate functional specifications into design specifications for offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage OTM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, providing expertise in OTM functionalities and best practices.
- Demonstrate strong technical and functional knowledge of OTM modules including order management, OTM finance, shipment management, and automation agents.
- Prepare mapping documents to interface OTM systems with EDI, WMS, order management, and finance systems.
- Translate functional specifications into detailed design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre.
- Write and optimize SQL statements for automation agents and other technical tasks required for OTM operations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and deploy JSPX/XSL customizations, if applicable.
- Provide support and manage service tickets, ensuring timely resolution of OTM-related issues.
- Utilize ServiceNow tool for tracking and managing support requests and system updates.
- Stay updated on the latest OTM features and functionalities to provide continual improvements and enhancements to the system.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4-9 years of relevant OTM technical/functional experience.
- Proven experience in managing implementations and/or supporting projects related to OTM systems, including exposure to OTM Release Cloud versions.
- strong understanding of the OTM lifecycle and architecture.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive mapping documentation and translate functional specifications.
- Proficiency in writing SQL statements and familiarity with automation agents.
- Hands-on experience with JSPX/XSL is a plus.
- Prior experience in support/ticket handling is essential.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar support tools is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
