Salesforce Lead : Experienced and motivated Salesforce Architect/BA/Product Owner who is a multi-talented individual with a passion for both technical and business solutions. Total Exp : 8+yrs Skills and experience: Min. 5+ years experience in Salesforce Consulting 3+ years experience in Sales Cloud or experience in leading at least 1 full lifecycle implementation. Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud & Platform Developer 1 Certified Experience in production environment management, deployment techniques & processes Experience in environment hardening, sharing and security practices. Role: Act as a single point of contact between business, functional and leadership team across all innovation and maintenance Salesforce projects. This role would need to co-ordinate not only within Salesforce but also with other internal and external applications on behalf of Salesforce team. Expectation would be for this role to become trusted advisor and POC of senior business management and in turn working with business/stakeholders to prioritize their requirements. Individual would need to work closely with the business / delivery / IT teams to develop business requirements and to propose application solutions to meet customer needs. The said business requirements would need to be captured into document comprehensible to both business and IT The role would need to work with stakeholders and teams spread across the globe and would need to remain flexible with their working hours. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, Salesforce Business Analysis, and Product Ownership and possess following leadership skills Natural leader Systematic view Experienced with global companies/teams Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle Proven experience in the planning and execution of end-to-end project Should be able to create and interpret business requirements into document comprehensible to both business and IT Excellent communication skills in English Flexibility in terms of working hours to co-ordinate with global stakeholders. Responsibilities: Design and develop Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. Work with Product Owners to define and prioritize requirements. Create and maintain Salesforce solutions to meet business objectives. Provide technical guidance to business users on Salesforce solutions. Monitor and maintain Salesforce solutions on an ongoing basis. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of Salesforce solutions. Provide training and support to end-users. Proactively identify risks and develop solutions. Document solutions and processes.
