Responsibilities
• Develop solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements, and company goals
• Ensure the Salesforce technical design aligns to overall enterprise architecture, Salesforce best practices, and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the strategic architecture and roadmap
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Requirements
• 15 years of direct experience with developing, configuring, and implementing successful Salesforce project implementations and at least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect/Technical lead
• Experience of designing and implementing solutions on Sales Cloud, Pardot, Experience Cloud, and CPQ
• Data Migration experience
• Hold Salesforce Application Architect certification (Certified System Architect is a plus)
• Strong understanding of APIs and integration architecture
• Familiar with integration solutions such as Mulesoft, Snaplogic, Dell Boomi, or others
• Expert knowledge of various IT application development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, and blended models), and software engineering concepts
• Self-starter with initiative, who demonstrates great pro-activeness, ability to lead and work within a team, and manage up, down, and across the organization
• Attention to detail and complex problem-solving
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Experience working remotely and asynchronously with team members across different countries and time zones
