Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically. 2. Communication & Interpersonal Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple HR functions simultaneously. Strong time management to ensure deadlines are met. Capability to make fair and unbiased decisions. 5. Technical Skills Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
