Job Description Job Description: E-Commerce Officer Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven, and fashion-savvyE-Commerce Officerto manage and grow our brand's presence acrossour own D2C website, Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end e-commerce operations, sales growth, online merchandising, marketing coordination, and customer experience to ensure consistent brand visibility and profitability. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketplace & Website Management - Manage daily operations acrossAmazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and brand website. - Upload new products, update listings, and ensure accurate catalog information (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, size charts). - Maintain pricing strategies, promotional offers, and discount management across platforms. - Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock replenishment. 2. Sales & Growth - Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance by channel. - Develop strategies to increase visibility, conversions, and repeat purchases. - Execute campaigns (sales events, festive promotions, end-of-season sales). - Identify and implement growth hacks tailored for Gen Z and Millennial fashion buyers. 3. Marketing & Merchandising - Coordinate with marketing teams for digital campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and paid ads. - Ensure product listings are optimized forSEO and platform algorithms. - Create and manage product bundles, cross-sells, and upsell strategies. - Curate website homepage banners, promotions, and merchandising flows to improve user experience. 4. Data Analytics & Reporting - Analyze sales data, traffic sources, conversion rates, and customer insights. - Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations. - Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and product positioning. - Track return rates, reviews, and ratings to improve customer satisfaction. 5. Operations & Customer Experience - Liaise with logistics partners for smooth delivery and returns. - Ensure compliance with platform SLAs (dispatch time, return management, customer issue resolution). - Collaborate with customer support team to resolve escalations. - Maintain high ratings and feedback scores on marketplaces. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field. MBA is a plus. - 25 years of proven experience ine-commerce management(fashion or lifestyle industry preferred). - Strong understanding ofAmazon Seller Center, Myntra Partner Portal, and Shopify/WooCommerce (or similar platforms). - Hands-on experience incatalog management, keyword optimization, PPC campaigns, and digital marketing. - Proficiency inMS Excel, Google Analytics, and data-driven decision making. Skills Required - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. - Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with ability to multitask. - Creative mindset for merchandising and campaign ideation. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
