About Capitalmind:

As Capitalmind Asset Management Private Limited, we manage the Capitalmind Mutual fund and have been seeded with capital from it's parent and sponsor, Capitalmind Financial Services Private Limited. Headed by Deepak Shenoy as the CEO, the company has launched its first mutual fund schemes for retail investors, HNIs and corporates alike, to help these investors meet their long term financial goals. We have a well-rounded management team, with senior personnel in fund management, compliance, risk, marketing, investor servicing and operations. Using technology, digital approaches, and a strong investor education focus, we hope to use insightful analysis, supervised automation and easy-to-understand communication to make investing more approachable for Indian investors.

Required Qualification and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A post-graduate qualification (MBA/PGDM) is advantageous. AMFI/NISM certification is a plus.
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience in a similar investor-facing or partner management role, ideally within the mutual fund, fintech, or wealth management space.
- Interpersonal Expertise: Strong communication skills (written and verbal), high empathy, and the ability to build trust-based relationships with investors, distribution partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as compliance, product, research, and operations to drive collective outcomes.
- Empathy and Problem-Solving: Deep listening skills and structured thinking to handle investor queries, resolve concerns, and improve experience at scale.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with an agile approach to initiatives and feedback.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Investor Engagement and Support

- Act as a frontline representative for all investor queries and concerns across email, digital platforms, and offline channels.
- Ensure quick and compliant resolution while delivering a consistent Capitalmind experience.
- Contribute to building investor education tools like FAQs, guides, and platform walkthroughs.

2. Distributor/Channel Partner Management

- Support the onboarding and ongoing engagement of Capitalmind's distribution and channel partners.
- Provide timely assistance and share resources/tools to empower partners to promote our mutual fund offerings effectively.

3. Investor Education and Insights

- Collaborate with internal teams to create simplified, value-driven communication on funds, performance, and markets.
- Drive or support webinars, newsletters, and content that enhances investor understanding and engagement.

4. Compliance Reporting

- Maintain accurate documentation of investor interactions and grievances.
- Generate and submit reports in accordance with SEBI/AMFI guidelines and internal compliance requirements.

5. Strategic Initiatives

- Capture and synthesize investor/distributor feedback to propose service improvements.
- Work with internal stakeholders to enhance investor journeys and touchpoints with a product-led mindset.
