As a first level management role this position provides an opportunity to display your technical and people management skills by ensuring complete seamless operational delivery along with your team. Being a firm that is driven by ownership, innumerable occasions shall come your way to strategizing client delivery, improve processed, encourage research etc. for your projects - all in all.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Skillsets we would like to see you exhibit :
- Understanding various regulatory framework for entry strategy in India
- Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, make sure deadlines are met, and lead change efforts effectively.
- Work closely with all stakeholders - internal (Partners, managers, and staff) and external (Clients, business partners, associates)
- Consult, work with, and service client base to make recommendations on business improvement and serve as a business advisor to the client
- Supervise and mentor all intermediate and junior staff assigned as members of your project team.
- The role involves being part of the Business Advisory Team and assisting Strategy, Greenfield, M&A Head on various projects.
- The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- The candidate should be well-versed with MS Excel, Document, and Powerpoint.
