Role: Clarksons Research is looking to hire a Data Researcher to enhance our coverage of the offshore energy and renewables sector. Primary responsibilities of the role include:

·        Conducting comprehensive market research on the maritime and offshore industry to gather relevant data.

·        Analysing quantitative and qualitative data to support our proprietary databases and key data products.

Requirement

·        Ideal candidates will be educated to degree or equivalent level. A degree in Business, Economics, Maritime, or related disciplines in other analytical fields is preferred, but not essential.

·        Commercial awareness of the maritime, offshore industries and seaborne-commodity sectors is ideal, but not essential.

·        Applicants require attention to detail, numerical skills, and an interest in gathering and validating data. Good database skills are required, as are self-motivation and good organisational and communication skills.

·        Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.

Salary: INR 9-10 lakh per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Gurgaon – Delhi

Start date: Q2 2025
