Job Description Job Title: Product Manager Data Monetisation (Leadership Role) Location: Gurugram / Hyderabad Experience: 1015 years (with at least 5+ years in product leadership roles) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Leader to drive our Data Monetisation initiatives, responsible for building and scaling data-driven products that unlock commercial value from enterprise data assets. This role requires a deep understanding of data ecosystems, analytics platforms, and business models that leverage data as a strategic asset. Key Responsibilities - Define and lead the data monetisation strategy, identifying opportunities to commercialise internal and external data assets. - Build and manage the product roadmap for data products and platforms in alignment with business goals. - Partner with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to develop scalable and compliant data products. - Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies to identify new monetisation opportunities. - Ensure all data monetisation activities comply with privacy, governance, and security standards. - Develop and manage partnerships with external vendors, data marketplaces, and technology partners. - Drive measurable revenue and growth outcomes through data product initiatives. - Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Key Skills & Experience - Proven experience in Product Management within Data, Analytics, or Platform domains. - Strong understanding of data monetisation models (subscription, insights-as-a-service, APIs, marketplaces, etc.). - Experience working with big data platforms, cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data governance frameworks. - Excellent business acumen with the ability to translate data capabilities into commercial outcomes. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams. - Leadership experience in scaling product teams and managing complex product portfolios. Preferred Qualifications - MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Technology, or Data-related fields. - Experience in BFSI, Telecom, Retail, or Digital Platforms preferred. - Familiarity with AI/ML-driven insights and data marketplace models is a plus.
