Location:Mumbai-based candidates only, ideally fromSouth Mumbai or Andheri (W) and nearby areas 3. Compensation: Salary Range:50,000 60,000 per month(subject to experience and submission of valid current salary proof) 4. Note: (i) There will beno Provident Fund, Bonus, or Incentivestructure. (ii) The finalised salary will remainfixed for a minimum of two years. Core Expertise: - Candidatesmust possess hands-on experience in Interior Design Drafting, - including preparation ofdetailed GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling layouts, flooring patterns, wall panelling, joinery details, toilet and kitchen details, and other fine interior elements. - The ability to translate design intent into accurate and comprehensive working drawings is essential. - Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity calculations, and coordination between architectural and interior sets will be an added advantage. - Experience should includeresidential, commercial, institutional, and hospitality projectswith both architectural and interior scopes. - Strong AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
