We are seeking a driven and empathetic Telesales Executive who can build trust and deliver value through every call. As the voice of Raaz, you will guide users in understanding their treatment options, answer questions with patience, and ensure every customer feels heard and supported.
Key Responsibilities
Engage daily with customers over phone calls to educate, counsel, and convert leads into paying users
Understand individual needs and clearly explain treatment plans and next steps
Build long-term trust with users through compassionate and solution-oriented conversations
Maintain accurate records of interactions, conversions, and user feedback
Follow up consistently to improve conversion and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve user experience
What We're Looking For?
Fluency in Hindi, with a strong grasp of conversational tone and regional nuances
Ability to connect with users emotionally and explain sensitive topics with confidence
Strong communication and active listening skills
Previous experience in tele-sales, voice process, or customer service roles is preferred
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and phone-based sales tools is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in tele-sales or customer support
Graduate in any discipline (background in healthcare or wellness is an advantage)
6 days a week, with weekly offs
Location: On-Site (Bangalore)
